A Great Place to Work

Sourcewell recognized as top Minnesota employer

For the seventh consecutive year, Sourcewell has been named a Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune. The organization was also named the Training category winner.

The rankings are based on the results of an employee survey that measures engagement, organizational health, and job satisfaction.

Over 4,000 Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and more than 79,000 employees shared their views. Because of the increase, the list was expanded from the Top 175 in 2021 to the Top 200 in 2022.

Sourcewell Executive Director and CEO Chad Coauette said Sourcewell and its staff strive to create a strong sense of culture and continue to attract and retain hardworking, service-minded individuals.

“We are in a fortunate position where our organization is continuing to grow,” Coauette said. “And that means we're looking for individuals who want to make a difference in our area and join our team. I think this honor reinforces that Sourcewell is a premier place to work.”

The 2022 Top Workplaces list is available on the Star Tribune website and will be published in the Star Tribune Top Workplaces special section on Sunday, June 19.
