Eight contracts awarded in Athletic Surfaces category
Sourcewell recently awarded contracts in the “Athletic Surfaces” category through solicitation #060518. Sourcewell contracts are solicited across North America and competitively awarded on behalf of Sourcewell current and potential government and education member agencies.

When it comes to starting or finishing your athletic surfaces, Sourcewell and its vendors have you covered. Eight nationally-known companies were recently awarded contracts in the Athletic Surfaces category.
Sourcewell (formerly NJPA), a national cooperative purchasing organization, awarded the contracts following a nationwide competitive solicitation process. Items offered through the category include turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, product consultation, removal and ground preparation, logo and field markings, and more.
“These newly awarded athletic surfacing contracts provide our members with a wide variety of products, removal, installation and services,” said Sourcewell contract administrator Gordy Thompson, “From turn-key to pre-project consultation, all the way to products and services to help maintain and care for the surfacing after they've been installed; our members will enjoy the comfort of the purchasing solutions under contracts from eight of the best manufacturers in the industry.”
Purchasing off a contract, Thompson added, streamlines the procurement process for public entities resulting in a savings of time and money.
Effective August 7, 2018, these contracts are available to all Sourcewell members throughout the United States and Canada.
