These contracts offer heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), indoor air quality (IAQ), and water heating or treatment infrastructure; equipment, parts, and technology; sensors, controls, gauges, and system management products; and assessment, installation, training, rental, and other related services.

“Indoor air quality has always been an important factor in maintaining a safe and healthy environment,” says Supplier Development Administrator Corey Jensen. “However, the need has been amplified with the surge of COVID-related illness and other factors. These contracts provide schools and other public agencies with the solutions and services necessary to ensure a safe indoor environment for all.”

Following a competitive solicitation process, Sourcewell awarded cooperative purchasing contracts offering access to these suppliers:

FDA Class II medical devices and room air purifiers that meet HEPA standards, are completely portable, have a motor life of 100,000 hours, and offer a minimum efficiency rating value (MERV) of 19.

Honeywell | 070121‐HNY 
Building automation and management systems, energy optimization and management dashboards, and operational efficiency solutions.

Johnson Controls, Inc. | 070121‐JHN 
Systems for HVAC, energy control, building envelope, remote services, and water and sewage; airflow optimization; distribution systems and plants; disinfectant lighting for air handlers; OpenBlue connected technologies; and touchless visitor management.

Plug Smart | 070121‐JUC 
Energy projects and management, design and build, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design services, building automation, controls, HVAC, motors and drives, measurement and verification, commissioning, performance contracting, and consulting services.

Siemens | 070121‐SIE
HVAC systems and components; energy management and control systems; energy-saving performance contracts; distribution systems and co-generation plants; systems for building envelope, water and sewage, lighting, fire and security, and remote services; air handlers UVC (ultraviolet C) light technology; bi-polar ionization technology; and service and maintenance.
