Held at the Brainerd Chamber of Commerce: Bring your own lunch to learn, network, and share ideas with colleagues at these free professional development events. In this session, Jake Blumberg, executive director of GiveMN, will share how to go beyond infographics to bring data and design together and tell an engaging story. Human/Sex Trafficking Awareness TrainingFor law enforcement and community leaders: Upon completion, participants will have a better understanding of sex trafficking in Minnesota, feel more confident in their abilities to work with affected youth, and have the tools to accurately identify victims and survivors. Presented by Kate LePage, Central MN Safe Harbor Regional Navigator, and Baxter Police Chief Jim Exsted. Event is free and includes lunch. Register by Sept. 18.
