April 3, 2019	Central Minnesota Education Job Fair	Prospective teachers have the opportunity to connect with administrators from up to 25 school districts in central Minnesota. Registration is closed.
April 10, 2019 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.	MCPA Conflict Management & Mediation Training	Law enforcement leaders and officers will learn mental health basics, commonly encountered mental health diagnoses (including the impact of trauma and substance abuse), and the crossover of mental health and criminal behavior. This training will also discuss ways to effectively respond to persons with mental illness, strategies for managing a mental health crisis, and awareness of officer mental health and wellness. April 11, 2019 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.	Local Government Supervisor Workshop	For city and/or county employees: While onboarding new staff is often seen as a burden, it can set your department on the right path when done correctly. Join us as we take an in-depth look at how to help newly hired staff become a part of the team. Registration is now closed.
April 17, 2019 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.	MDE Training: Improving Student Achievement with Effective Title Programs	For school administrators and teacher leaders: Focusing on the steps required for continuous improvement, this interactive training will lead to greater student achievement through strong program development. Learn how the PDSA cycle will enhance student achievement through the alignment of your Title I, II, III, and IV programs. This workshop will include resources, tools, and practical application as well as team time to begin using the 5-step process. Registration is now closed.
April 24, 2019 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.	Human/Sex Trafficking Awareness Training	For law enforcement: By the end of this four-hour training, participants will have a better understanding of how sex trafficking looks in Minnesota, feel confident in their abilities to effectively work with these youth, and have the tools they need to accurately identify victims/survivors.
