MCPA Conflict Management & Mediation TrainingLaw enforcement leaders and officers will learn mental health basics, commonly encountered mental health diagnoses (including the impact of trauma and substance abuse), and the crossover of mental health and criminal behavior. This training will also discuss ways to effectively respond to persons with mental illness, strategies for managing a mental health crisis, and awareness of officer mental health and wellness. MDE Training: Improving Student Achievement with Effective Title ProgramsFor school administrators and teacher leaders: Focusing on the steps required for continuous improvement, this interactive training will lead to greater student achievement through strong program development. Learn how the PDSA cycle will enhance student achievement through the alignment of your Title I, II, III, and IV programs. This workshop will include resources, tools, and practical application as well as team time to begin using the 5-step process. Registration is now closed.

Human/Sex Trafficking
Awareness Training
For law enforcement: By the end of this four-hour training, participants will have a better understanding of how sex trafficking looks in Minnesota, feel confident in their abilities to effectively work with these youth, and have the tools they need to accurately identify victims/survivors.
