Succession Planning for Nonprofits: Session One |
Part one in a series of three trainings for nonprofit executive directors, leadership staff, and boards of directors. This session clarifies the roles of executive director and board, defines who does what now and in the future, and teaches participants how to identify and develop talent for the future.
