STAPLES, Minn. (15 May 2017) -- From skate parks, shade structures, and ice arena equipment, to playgrounds, rubber surfaces, and splash pads, National Joint Powers Alliance® members now have a wide variety of recreation and playground equipment within their grasp.

Following a competitive solicitation process, National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) recently awarded contracts to 13 vendors in its “Recreation and Playground Equipment, Accessories, and Supplies,” category.

These contracts streamline the purchasing and service acquisition process, saving time and money for government, education, and nonprofit organizations looking to build, renovate, or update recreation and playground spaces.

“NJPA is pleased to offer such a unique depth and breadth of equipment, accessories, and supplies to its members,” said NJPA Contract Administrator Gordy Thompson. “These 13 vendors are exceptional at what they do and we look forward to working with them to meet the needs of schools, cities, counties, nonprofits and other related public entities across the country and in Canada.”
