Sourcewell Recognized as Star Tribune Top Workplace for 11th Year

For the 11th year in a row, Sourcewell was recognized as a Star Tribune Top Workplace in Minnesota. Sourcewell was ranked No. 18 among the 73 organizations recognized in the midsize category (150-499 employees). The award makes the third year in a row the organization has placed in the top 20.
This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback. It reflects a culture where employees feel connected to their work, supported in their growth, and empowered to make an impact.
This is the 10th workplace award Sourcewell has received in 2026, with eight awards highlighting its culture. Most recently, the organization was placed on the 2026 USA Today Top Workplaces list for the third year in a row.
Sourcewell CEO Dr. Chad Coauette emphasized that while the award names Sourcewell, the achievement belongs to the organization's employees.
