Supporting the Growth of Fleet Leaders
DECATUR, Ga. — Fleet leaders in public and nonprofit sectors now have more support in their corner. A new partnership between Black Fleet Network™ (BFN) and Sourcewell brings enhanced opportunities for professional development, peer learning, and a deeper understanding of cooperative purchasing.
As part of this collaboration, Sourcewell is supporting the professional development of BFN members and fleet professionals through co-branded programming and shared resources. Educational sessions will also help members better understand and leverage fleet-related contracts.
Fleet professionals will see more opportunities for learning, networking, and real-world insights into how cooperative purchasing can support their goals.
“Sourcewell is proud to work alongside Black Fleet Network to help fleet professionals meet their goals,” said Andy Campbell, Sourcewell director of cooperative contracts. “We are committed to supporting BFN’s goal of an industry where excellence and equity go hand in hand.”
BFN founder and CEO Exavious Farley added, “Partnering with Sourcewell brings our members expanded expertise and purchasing power. Together, we’re ensuring our network has the knowledge and resources to strengthen fleets and communities.”
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to equity-driven progress in fleet leadership — and to helping fleet managers and professionals access the tools, training, and connections they need to succeed.
