STAPLES, Minn. (27 February 2017) -- National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) announces it has recently awarded three contracts in its category of the “Public Safety and Emergency Management Related Equipment, Supplies, and Services,” giving members access to three premium vendors.

W.W. Grainger, Inc., FATPOT Technologies, LLC, and T2 Systems, Inc., were selected following a competitive solicitation process. The contracts became available to NJPA members throughout the U.S. and Canada as of February 1, 2017.

“NJPA is very pleased to renew our longstanding relationship with Grainger through a newly awarded four-year Public Safety contract,” NJPA Contract Administrator Maureen Knight, J.D., said. "We also awarded two new vendors, T2 Systems and FATPOT Technologies, to provide an even greater selection of products and services to meet the unique needs of law enforcement, fire, EMS, correction, and other related public entities across the U.S. and Canada.

“Our members will not only continue to benefit from access to Grainger's complete catalog and online offering; but also, be able to purchase high-quality parking, incident sharing, and response technology solutions through these three contracts.”

The contracts will also streamline the purchasing and service acquisition process, saving members time and money.
