Verndale Native Among Speakers at National Leadership Event
Sourcewell to host livestream of Leadercast 2022 in May
A Verndale (MN) native will take to the national stage next month as a featured presenter at Leadercast 2022 – one of the world's largest single-day leadership events.
David Horsager – originally from Verndale, bestselling author of The Trust Edge and CEO of Trust Edge Leadership Institute – is one of 10 nationally known, influential leaders scheduled to speak at the May 4 conference.
Horsager will share the stage with actor LeVar Burton, New York Times bestselling author Angela Duckworth, space explorer Diana Trujillo, North Point Ministries founder Andy Stanley, and sports agent Molly Fletcher, among others. Actor Tarik Davis will be the host for the live Leadercast 2022 event, which will be simulcast to dozens of host sites across the country.
Sourcewell will host a local livestream of Leadercast 2022 – The One Thing from 7:45 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at Timber's Restaurant and Event Center in Staples. The public is invited to register and participate in the day-long networking event to learn alongside, connect, and collaborate with other local leaders and aspiring leaders.
At the livestream event in Staples, Strateligent owner and President Aaron Hautala will be the local guest speaker. Hautala was a key player in concept and creation of the Cuyuna Mountain Biking Trails near Crosby.
According to organizers, the diverse lineup of speakers was carefully selected to speak to the one thing they believe makes a leader worth following. Participants will walk away inspired to lead better, equipped with practical guidance that they can put into practice the next day.
