Two vendors re-awarded contracts in Event Seating

With products including bleachers, stages, and concession stands, Sourcewell's contracts in Event Seating are sure to be a fan favorite.

Two vendors were re-awarded contracts in the Event Seating category, providing consistent options and service to Sourcewell members.

Contract Administrator Michelle Spychalla said this category provides a wide variety of customized seating solutions for indoor arenas and outdoor stadiums, grandstands, bleachers, multi-use stages, press boxes, filming platforms, ticket booths, and more.

“From bleachers for elementary gyms, high school tracks, and college stadiums; to seating at higher education auditoriums, places of worship, and accommodating state or city convention centers,” Spychalla said, “these vendors truly offer the customized, quality products and services our members have come to expect.”

 

Following a competitive solicitation process, Sourcewell re-awarded these cooperative purchasing contracts:

Dant Clayton | 091719-DCT*
Custom stadium and arena seating bowl solutions, sports facility consultation, pre-construction services, Alum-A-Stand, hybrid precast and long span aluminum systems, press boxes, railing options, safety inspections, parts, and service.

Hussey Seating | 091719-HSC*
Seating solution design services; telescopic bleacher, platform, stadium, arena, and fixed auditorium seating; Clarin by Hussey Seating portable chairs; grandstand seating planks and covers; safety inspections, parts, and service.

These contracts are now available to all Sourcewell members throughout the United States and Canada. Purchasers from public entities save time and money by streamlining the procurement process with cooperative purchasing.
