Nov. 7, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.	Equity Advocates Leadership Cohort (first session)	For K-12 educators: Offered in partnership with the Equity Literacy Institute, this cohort focuses on helping educators address biases and inequities at their roots to create long-lasting, positive change in their schools. Nov. 8, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.	Workforce Conference	For all organizations: Join in this interactive workshop and discover ways schools and companies can partner to get businesses the workers they need and give students career exposure and experience. Registration is now closed.
Nov. 13, 2019 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.	ACT Conference	For school administrators and teacher leaders: During this free, half-day event, participants will learn new ways to look at data to assist with measuring academic, behavioral, career, and other skills. Offered in partnership with and lead by ACT. Registration is now closed.
Nov. 13 & 14, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.	Young Authors Conference	For students in grades 4-12: Held at Central Lakes College, Staples campus. Designed for students who have an interest in writing and are ready to explore it on a deeper level, this conference provides the opportunity to learn from professional writers. By invitation only.
Nov. 14, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.	ENVoY I	For K-12 educators: Learn systematic components of non-verbal communication to increase engagement while preserving relationships. These strategies help educators implement curriculum and instructional design to create an environment focused on learning. Registration is now closed.

Nov. 20, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.	Systems Work with an Equity Lens	For school administrators and teacher leaders: Led by Paul Gorski of the Equity Literacy Institute and EdChange, participants will gain insights on infusing equity to existing systems work or frameworks. Nov. 26, 2019 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.	Creating a Difference	For everyone: This Todd County coalition includes youth, parents, and community leaders all working together to address issues relating to the prevention of underage use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Ongoing, online training	Cybersecurity for Educators	For educators: Provided by Sourcewell Technology, this online and on-demand course helps educators understand what they need to know to help students navigate the online world responsibly and safely. Register.
Ongoing, online training	Cybersecurity for Parents	For parents: Provided by Sourcewell Technology, this online and on-demand course provides parents/guardians with basic information needed to limit your family's risk of becoming a victim of identity theft or other cybercrimes. Register.
Ongoing, online training	Introduction to Google Drive for Administrative Assistants	For administrative assistants: Provided by Sourcewell Technology, this online, on-demand course provides introductory lessons for Google Drive including Google Documents, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms.
